Experience of EPOS systems including Squirrel, Guestline, Remanco, Micros, Vectron and management and installation of Open Table Restaurant reservation system.
Sales orientated with excellent customer liaison skills and experience of designing and implementing Sales and Marketing Plans including social media with Linked In, Facebook and Twitter.
Experience of Restaurant Third Party Agents including 5pm, Live Bookings, Top Table. Hi Life and Group On promotions.
4 and 5 Star AA Hotel and 2 Rosette AA award experience.
Passionate about Food using local suppliers and seasonal produce.
Extensive Wine knowledge and Wine Buying experience.
PR experienced with strong media and local business community contacts and extensive networking experience.
Experience of managing the Public Relations and Media Contacts including media interviews.
